Get up close and personal with a wide variety of farm animals and pets at this small family-run children's farm. Animal food is available to purchase if you are feeling brave enough!
Handling of smaller animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs takes place twice a day, plus there's a play area and picnic tables dotted around. A kiosk serves ice cream and snacks.
Foxdown employ a qualified primary and forest school teacher, so visits can include a focus of your choice and risk assessment samples can be provided. Pre-visits are welcomed.
In our opinion, school trips to Foxdown Children's Farm are best suited to the KS1, KS2 and KS3 age groups, although there's something for all ages to enjoy!
