School Trips to: Dorset

Dorset School Trips
for ALL AGES

Key Stage 1 Trips

We regularly welcome Key Stage One aged children to Dorset for day trips and short stays.

We understand that this is often their first residential visit away from home, and work with several carefully chosen accommodation providers to provide secure, exclusive places to stay with easy supervision for short stays of 1 or 2 nights outside of the main summer season.

Many of our most popular activities are suitable for youngsters, particularly our wide range of animal attractions, fascinating museums, fun activity parks and of course our lovely Dorset beaches.

Key Stage 2 Trips

Key Stage Two visitors make up more than half of all school groups that visit us in Dorset, with most taking a summer break as a fun end-of-school farewell visit.

Consequently you'll find that almost all of our wide range of activities are geared up for children age 7 to 11, including carefully chosen adventurous activities such as watersports and tree climbing.

We can offer a wide range of accommodation types including camping, glamping, hostels, holiday camps and hotels.

Key Stage 3 Trips

We regularly welcome new secondary entrants at Key Stage three on teambuilding and bonding trips to help the cohort form new friendships after being suddenly dropped into a whole new school environment.

In addition, we see a lot of KS3 groups travelling to support their academic studies

Many schools recognise Dorset's unique position to support human & physical geography studies as well as a wide range of other subjects including history from dinosaurs and Romans through to the Victorians where the island provides a wide variety of fascinating attractions.
