WORLD WAR IIHome to historic Poole lifeboat Thomas Kirk Wright, the old boathouse offers a close-up view of the lifeboat and its history.
This was a serving lifeboat station between 1882 and 1989 before a newer station opened nearby.
The boat Thomas Kirk Wright was one of the Dunkirk Little Ships - part of a rescue flotilla that went to the aid of the British Expeditionary Force in 1940.
Poole Old Lifeboat Museum is ideal for all ages
