FOSSILSPREHISTORICA mesmerising array of late Jurassic fossils all collected in the immediate area by just one man - Dr Steve Etches MBE. Come and see prehistoric sea monsters, predatators and the marine flora and fauna of 150 million years ago when the area was a tropical sea.
The main fossil gallery has CGI imagery and interactive exhibits. There's a state of the art workshop and lab, an education room with fossils suitable for handling and other activities. You will also find a life-sized recreation of the top chain predator of the Jurassic seas - the Pliosaur - and an Allosaurus.
Museum Of Jurassic Marine Life (The Etches Collection) is great for all ages, but perhaps a little overwhelming for the very youngest visitors
